Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background in Dot Net Technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of both business processes and software development using Dot Net technologies. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to provide guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform in-depth analysis of current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, leveraging Dot Net technology where applicable.
Actively participate in the planning and execution of projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
Lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure accurate understanding and alignment among cross-functional teams.
Create detailed process flow diagrams, user stories, use cases, and wireframes that effectively communicate requirements to development teams.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases, ensuring that the final product meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any potential roadblocks or deviations from the original plan.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Dot Net technology, applying this knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong technical background in Dot Net technology, with a comprehensive understanding of its frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, including requirements specifications, process flow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for project management and software development.
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL, enabling effective communication with database administrators and developers.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Dot Net technology, or Project Management.
